Thermoforming
Our in-house Thermoforming machinery allows us to heat our high-quality acrylic materials at a pliable forming temperature. Once heated, we use a variety of molding options to bend and form the materials into it’s required shape. Forming is an efficient process that allows us to place emphasis on attention to detail.
Line bending
Our line bending equipment allows for higher levels of flexibility. We can create straight line bends in many thermoplastic materials.
Dome blowing
We manufacture a dome by heating a piece of acrylic in an oven until it is flexible, and then transfer it into a dome blowing unit. When air pressure is applied, the material blows up and forms into a hemispherical dome.
