Debtor/Creditor Clerk - Job Description

We are looking for an organized, figures-orientated person to join our team as administrator, debtors/creditors clerk based at our factory in Maitland.

Looking for someone:

  • With relevant qualification and / or experience in a finance-related role.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Has a keen eye for detail, with great administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ensure invoices are accurately processed, and accounts are paid on time.
  • Can send customer monthly statements and balance payment reminders to non-account customers.
  • Has good communication skills and can manage a small team.
  • Has worked in a manufacturing, print or signage environment before.
  • Will help ensure that projects are within budget and that healthy margins are maintained.
  • Oversee housekeeping-, maintenance- and other operating costs.
  • If you have basic HR experience that can assist with Payroll, Overtime, Health and Safety and Department of Labour it will also be highly beneficial.
