Clear Design, a leader in Perspex display manufacturing, is looking for a proactive and organized Production Coordinator to manage daily and weekly production workflow across all departments. If you’re a natural planner who thrives on keeping things moving and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, we want to hear from you!

🛠 What You’ll Do:

• Manage Production Flow: Oversee the entire production schedule – from incoming jobs to finished products – ensuring clear timelines and smooth handovers between departments.
• Team Coordination: Plan daily and weekly tasks for the assembly team. Assign responsibilities and track progress so each team member knows what they’re doing, by when, and what’s next.
• Work with All Departments:
  • Sales – Track new orders and timelines. Giving feedback and update to the sales team
  • Design – Ensure artwork and job tickets are accurate and production-ready.
  • Cutting – Coordinate materials planning, budget checks, and cutting schedules.
  • Printing – Align artwork, test colors, confirm materials, and sync print jobs with design files and plan printing work to fall with in cutting time line.
  • Assembly – Ensure all parts are ready and clear plans are in place to build correctly and on time. Detail staff management and planning required at all times , hand on in support of assembly daily function and needs .
  • Packing – Ensure completed products are handed over in time for cleaning and delivery prep.
• Prevent Delays: Keep a close eye on potential bottlenecks, fix issues early, and reduce wasted time or errors.
• Keep Communication Flowing: Act as the link between departments – making sure everyone is aligned and working together towards delivery deadlines.

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Experience managing teams or coordinating multi-step projects
• Confidence working across departments and communicating with all levels
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset
• Manufacturing or production background preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment
• You must be customer-service focused.
• An energetic driver to help the company achieve targets and budgets through production efficiency.
