We have an established cutting department and our own specialised machinery for CNC router cutting and laser engraving/cutting. Our cutting department comprises of highly skilled workers that use computer aided software to program the machines.

PRINTING

We have our own digital UV printer and roll-to-roll vinyl printer that is capable of printing your artwork on a variety of materials, for your visual and marketing needs.

POLISHING

Our polishing department uses specialized equipment which includes a diamond polisher, flame polisher and buffing machine. All these machines help us to produce flawless products with smooth edges.

FORMING

We have our own thermo forming ovens. We have the skills and capabilities to oven shape acrylic for a wide range of uses such as domes, signage, furniture, interior products and many more!

CUSTOMIZATION

We offer service to customize your desired product. We have the skills and many years of knowledge to engineer your ideas. We also offer wooden solutions – to compliment the acrylic in your product there is also the option to pair it with wood or metal.
