The artwork we entered into the competition was inspired by Africa and a true icon, Nelson Mandela. This artwork was created by John Catlin. John specializes in a combination of fresh and unique mixed media 3D artworks. His innovative concept comprises of printing his artwork onto several layers of clear acrylic and once stacked, it creates a spectacular 3D shape.
